I enjoyed the hotel, it was spacious and fairly clean, location was quiet and perfect in a silent neighbourhood close to a main road. Booked a room with splendid views to the garden and the bowling field. All the employees were amiable and amicable. The services were good, including delicious and great breakfasts and private parking if needed. I didn't feel like leaving, spent pleasant overnight time and recommend.

Stunningly beautiful hotel, I felt like home here, it had perfect and magnificent location near to town centre, the Royal Observatory and surrounding areas. There were a fireplace, central heating, and an iron/ironing board in my family room. The staff were polite and I loved the cosy decorations in the room.

Everything was great and the view was good. The room was extremely spacious and offered a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials. The hotel had a very central location to get to the town centre. Besides, it was right by great public transport connections and friendly host.

I enjoyed this traditional hotel and stayed for 4 nights here. The location of the venue was very central, just next door to Edinburgh, centre of Edinburgh, and great public transport connections. The service was welcoming in my opinion. Could use their free parking.
